Dr Raksha Suvarna is an Ayurvedic Gynaecologist and Obstetrician. She has completed her Post Graduation in Prasooti Tantra Evam Stree Roga (MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology) from one of the renowned colleges in India, SDM College of Ayurveda and Hospital, Hassan.
She is a Certified Yoga Practitioner and has also completed her Post graduate Diploma Training in Garbha Sanskar and Beeja Sanskar from National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Jaipur. As a Clinical Research Associate, she has published various research articles. She has been delivering educational talks on lifestyle disorders and its management, stress management, and talks on women's health to various institutes and corporate companies.
Dr. Raksha Suvarna's approach to gynaecological disorders is by Ayurvedic treatments, Yoga, Diet and Lifestyle changes. She takes a 360-degree approach to health by focusing on 4 pillars of health that is nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and sleep. At Aikya Fertility and Research Center, she conducts prenatal classes, diet counselling, weight loss management, infertility couple counselling, yoga classes, stress management and Ayurvedic Treatments.
She does not believe in 'one shoe fits all' approach. Every human is individual and unique in their own way and must be assessed, diagnosed, and treated as a unique individual. Her goal is to empower everyone to become the architect of their own health. She believes that when we are healthier, we are happier.
